About Vokt
Vokt detects behavioral changes that slip through traditional safeguards — removed validation, relaxed constraints, new dependencies receiving sensitive data. Works with human-written and AI-generated code. Integrates with your existing CI/CD.
Product Insights
Vokt is a behavioral drift detection system that integrates with CI/CD pipelines to monitor compliance-critical code for subtle architectural and security regressions. It bridges the gap between traditional testing and code review by automating behavioral spec extraction and preventing silent violations in human or AI-generated code.
- Native integration with CLI and web-based CI/CD pipelines to block non-compliant changes.
- Automatic extraction of executable behavioral specifications from legacy and undocumented systems.
- Specific monitoring for removed validation, relaxed constraints, and sensitive data handling.
- Integrated workflows for Claude and Cursor to maintain behavioral contracts during AI development.
Ideal for: Developers, DevOps Engineers, and QA Engineers who need to maintain strict compliance and security controls within AI-driven or high-risk codebases.

SpecFlow is now Vokt.
SpecFlow is now Vokt with a new home at voktlabs.com. Vokt is a behavioral drift detection tool designed for compliance-critical codebases. It integrates into your CI/CD pipeline to catch the changes that tests miss and code review overlooks—the subtle modifications to control flow, data handling, and security constraints that can silently break compliance. The Problem We Solve Tests pass. Code review approves. But compliance controls get removed. Traditional testing validates behavior—it can't detect when security checks are bypassed, when audit logging is quietly removed, or when data flows to new destinations. Code review catches obvious issues, but subtle changes to execution paths slip through in large PRs. Vokt fills this gap. What Vokt Does Vokt performs static behavioral analysis on every PR to detect: Call Graph Changes Functions that no longer call required validators, sanitizers, or audit loggers Constraint Violations Invariants and preconditions that are no longer enforced on critical paths New Data Flows Sensitive data reaching new destinations without proper handling Control Flow Drift Security gates being bypassed or authorization checks being reordered Who We Serve Vokt is built for engineering teams where compliance is non-negotiable:

This is helpful! A lot of hallucinations will be reduced!
SpecFlow is a verification system that eliminates AI hallucination. The problem isn't AI hallucination itself - it's the lack of ground truth for AI to validate against. SpecFlow creates that truth
