About StayTurn
StayTurn is a hosting toolkit for independent short-term rental hosts, co-hosts and small property managers. It gives each stay one record: the turn prep, the cleaner handoff with photos, costs and notes, and the finished stay record. The cleaner works from a link on their phone with no app or account. When an owner question or a review dispute lands weeks after checkout, the record answers it without anyone's memory. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and in the App Store and Google Play. Solo is $19.99 on the web, paid once, no subscription; app store prices are set locally. Market data covers US ZIP codes today. StayTurn is not insurance and has no booking platform affiliation. Passwords and door codes are never included in printed sheets. Reference details such as permits are kept for your own use; StayTurn does not check whether a permit or policy is valid. See it on sample data in two minutes: https://demo.stayturn.co/

One record per stay that answers owner questions weeks later solves a real pain, and a cleaner link without an account is smart. Any plans for market data outside the US, for example Europe?
Today the market side is US ZIP codes only. The record side, turn prep, cleaner link, photos, costs and notes, works anywhere. Where are you hosting? That tells me where the demand is.
Really like the core idea here: one record per stay that can answer a question weeks later is exactly what’s missing when a guest disputes damage or an owner asks “what happened in March?”
That's the whole idea. The question always shows up after everyone has forgotten the details. Thanks for taking a look.
One record per stay is a smart unit. How do cleaners get the handoff – app, link, or WhatsApp/SMS? In our experience field staff rarely install another app.
Link. You make a one-stay photo link and send it however you reach your cleaner, text or WhatsApp. They open it in a phone browser, add photos and notes, and you review them before they join the stay's record. No app, no account for them.
