We’re excited to announce that HubSpot CRM integration is now available in Stramik. This new integration keeps customer data between Stramik and HubSpot in sync automatically. When someone starts a chat, their contact can be created or updated in HubSpot without any manual work. Agents can also see important HubSpot details like lifecycle stage, company information, and associated deals directly inside the Stramik conversation view, giving them immediate context while helping customers. The integration also logs chat transcripts to the matching contact record in HubSpot, so your CRM always includes a full history of customer conversations. This helps sales and support teams stay aligned and ensures nothing gets lost between systems.
