About The Only Billboard
The Only Billboard is a public web experiment with one live advertising slot. Drummond Hearing became the third paid advertiser on October 2, 2026 after a $3 takeover, following RELVE ($1) and Brick500 ($2). Both earlier owners stay in permanent public History. The next buyer pays $4 to replace the current ad; every takeover raises the next price by $1. A placement stays live until the next takeover, not for a fixed rental period. Traffic, clicks, sales, and future takeovers are not guaranteed.

Before the $4 takeover: a short creative and contact checklist
Preparing a claim for The Only Billboard? The current form asks for a 16:9 image (at least 1920×1080; JPG, PNG or WEBP), an ad title, a destination link and an email address. An X account is optional; the team may use a supplied handle for promotional mentions. Read the rules and use creative you have permission to publish. The automated surface check is a safety filter, not legal-rights verification. An ad goes live after review is cleared and payment is confirmed. Drummond Hearing remains live after the third paid takeover for $3. RELVE ($1) and Brick500 ($2) are in public History. Next: $4. An approved, paid takeover replaces the one live ad and raises the next price by $1. There is no minimum display duration or guaranteed traffic, clicks or sales; placement lasts until the next paid takeover. Inspect the form before deciding: https://theonlybillboard.com/claim

One image, one destination, one place in the public sequence
If your project had one billboard image and one destination link, what would you show? The Only Billboard gives one advertiser the live web slot at a time. Drummond Hearing is currently on the board after the $3 third paid takeover, following RELVE ($1) and Brick500 ($2). The next takeover is $4. The creative is not an extra directory tile: an approved, paid takeover replaces the live image and moves the previous one into public History. Every takeover raises the next price by $1. Prepare a 16:9 creative and a clear destination. Read the rules before claiming: live placement lasts until the next paid takeover, with no guaranteed minimum duration or promised traffic, clicks or sales. You can also just follow the public sequence without buying. See the board and History: https://theonlybillboard.com

No purchase needed to follow the billboard’s public sequence
The Only Billboard is open to explore without buying a slot. The homepage shows the current live creative, and public History lets visitors inspect earlier participants. So far, the paid sequence is RELVE ($1), Brick500 ($2), and Drummond Hearing ($3 on October 2). Drummond Hearing remains live; the next takeover costs $4. That is three paid participants across time, not three simultaneous slots. The live board has one advertiser. The next paid takeover replaces it, and the former creative moves into History. Visitors can follow the experiment without taking part in the checkout. If you are considering a takeover, read the rules first: no minimum live duration, no guaranteed traffic, clicks or sales. Three purchases are a public record, not a performance forecast. Explore: https://theonlybillboard.com/

The next takeover is $4, but it is not a fixed-duration rental
Drummond Hearing is still live after the third paid takeover on October 2 ($3). The next takeover is $4. A placement stays on our single virtual billboard until another paid takeover replaces it. It is not a 24-hour, weekly, or monthly rental. A buyer should be comfortable with an unknown live duration; no minimum time is guaranteed. Once replaced, the previous creative remains in public History. That historical record is separate from being the current live advertiser. You can inspect the current board, RELVE and Brick500 in History, and the rules before starting a claim: https://theonlybillboard.com/ This is a small public web experiment, not a promise of traffic, clicks, sales, or future takeovers.

Three paid takeovers, three different things worth checking
The third paid takeover put Drummond Hearing on our single live billboard for $3 on October 2. The next takeover is still $4; there has not been a fourth paid takeover. Before considering a claim, inspect three different things: the current creative on the live board, the previous advertisers in public History, and the takeover rules on the claim page. A low price alone does not answer how the placement works. RELVE ($1) and Brick500 ($2) stay in History after replacement. The live slot ends at the next takeover, not after a promised number of days. No traffic, clicks or sales are guaranteed. The useful question is not whether $4 sounds cheap, but whether this public sequence is something you want to participate in. Explore first: https://theonlybillboard.com/

Now live on JunkStartups: another place to inspect the experiment
Our free JunkStartups listing was approved on October 5 and is now public: https://junkstartups.com/startups/the-only-billboard This is a distribution milestone, not another ad sale. The paid sequence is still RELVE at $1, Brick500 at $2, and Drummond Hearing at $3. Drummond Hearing remains the live advertiser; the next takeover is $4. What makes the project different is inspectability: one live slot, a visible takeover price, and public History for previous advertisers. A new buyer replaces the live ad rather than adding another logo to a grid. Live time is not fixed, and traffic, clicks and sales are not guaranteed. If you explore the listing or the board, we would especially value feedback on whether that trade-off is clear before checkout. The actual board and History are at https://theonlybillboard.com/

After the third paid takeover: advertisers can now add an optional X account
Drummond Hearing became the third paid advertiser on October 2, taking over our only live billboard slot for $3. RELVE ($1) and Brick500 ($2) remain in public History; the next takeover is $4. That real participation prompted a small product improvement: the claim form now includes an optional X account field. Advertisers can leave it blank, enter a handle, or provide an X profile URL. The account is stored with the ad and available in the admin live-ad and History details, so we can more easily identify the right advertiser account when sharing future takeovers. The core experiment is unchanged: one live ad, one owner at a time, previous owners in public History, and the next price rising by $1 per takeover. There is no guaranteed traffic or fixed display period. See the current billboard and the claim form at https://theonlybillboard.com

Third paid takeover: Drummond Hearing is live
On October 2, 2026, Drummond Hearing claimed The Only Billboard for $3 and replaced Brick500 on the single live ad slot. The paid sequence is now RELVE ($1), Brick500 ($2), and Drummond Hearing ($3). Both earlier owners remain in permanent public History. The next takeover costs $4; it replaces the live ad rather than adding another slot. The live placement lasts until the next takeover, not for a fixed rental period. Traffic, clicks, sales, and future takeovers are not guaranteed. What a takeover changes—and what stays
A practical guide for the next buyer: the $3 claim replaces Brick500 on the single live billboard; it does not create a second ad slot. Brick500 then joins RELVE in public History, and the following price becomes $4. The live placement lasts until another takeover—not a fixed rental period. Two paid claims have happened so far. Traffic and future takeovers are not guaranteed. See the current board and History at https://theonlybillboard.com/

The $3 takeover is now the next public step
Two real buyers have established the sequence: RELVE at $1, then BRICK500.COM at $2. The next owner pays $3, replaces the live ad, and sends BRICK500.COM into permanent History. The experiment is now testing whether a third buyer values the live attention, the permanent record, or both.

Two paid takeovers are now in the public record
RELVE claimed the first live slot for $1. BRICK500.COM replaced it for $2 and remains live. The next takeover costs $3. Each new owner replaces the ad while every former owner stays in permanent History. The system now has two verified buyer events instead of a launch promise.

Second paid takeover: BRICK500.COM is live
BRICK500.COM replaced RELVE for $2 and now owns the live billboard. RELVE remains in permanent History, and the next claim costs $3. One billboard, one current owner, public succession.
