What you can do with it: 1. Run an affiliate or partner program- Create a program, set the commission rules, and invite partners. TrackRev supports recurring commissions, one-time commissions and commissions that last for a set number of months. Pay out as cash or as account credit. Group partners into commission groups so your best partners earn more, and attribute sales that come through coupon codes as well as links. Partners get a white-label portal on a hosted subdomain or your own domain, where they see clicks, signups, conversions, earnings and payout status in one place. They collect tax forms (W-9 and W-8) inside the portal, so you are not chasing documents at year end. For credit programs, self-referral detection flags partners who try to refer themselves. 2. Reverse refunds and chargebacks automatically- When a customer refunds or a charge is disputed, TrackRev reverses the matching commission on its own. This works at every level, including multi-tier chains. You do not clean up the ledger by hand, and you do not overpay a partner for a sale that no longer exists. 3. Grow with Partner Accelerator, multi-tier commissions- Partner Accelerator lets partners recruit other partners and earn on what their network sells. Every tier draws from one capped commission pool, set at 30% by default, so your total payout stays predictable. Partners can be auto-enrolled, and the chain stops at any level where the payout would fall below $1. You get the reach of a network without losing control of the margin. 4. Attribute revenue to the click that earned it- Link tracking and revenue attribution are built into the program, not sold as separate products. TrackRev connects to Stripe, Paddle Billing, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Creem and Dodo Payments, so each charge is matched to the partner click and campaign behind it. Choose first-touch, last-touch or linear attribution and see which channels bring customers that stay. 5. Track accurately with first-party tracking- TrackRev tracks on your own domain, server-side, so it holds up against Safari ITP, iOS privacy limits and ad blockers that break third-party scripts. You can use branded short-link domains, QR codes and deep links, so partner links look like part of your brand and open the right place on mobile. 6. Pay partners on a schedule you control- The commission ledger tracks what each partner has earned. TrackRev groups earnings into scheduled payout batches, exports PayPal and Wise payout files as CSV, and lets you mark a batch as paid with a reference number. A minimum payout threshold rolls small balances forward to the next batch. You keep the money movement in your hands and the record in one place. 7. Build on it- A public REST API, outbound webhooks, a command line tool, an MCP server for AI assistants and an embeddable widget let you wire TrackRev into your product, your dashboard or your support stack. Everything the interface does is available to code. 8.
