About UnfakeIT

AI voice agents fail in a way nothing in the stack catches: the saying and the doing come apart. The agent commits to a callback and never logs it. It closes with "you're all set" on a call where nothing got resolved. It confirms a time, then the record lands different. Every box in your pipeline optimizes how the call sounds. None of them holds the agent's promises across the whole call and checks whether they survived to the end. UnfakeIT is a deterministic layer that sits beside your agent, reads what it says across the full conversation, and flags where it broke its own word. Not a model grading a model, every flag points at an exact line you can read yourself. It reads the transcript and holds the agent accountable without touching your prompt or your logic. You own it. Runs in your own infrastructure, one-time license, no subscription, nothing of ours in your call path. Think of it as an accountability layer for your voice agent that you own outright.

Checking whether a voice agent actually kept its promises solves a deeper problem than scoring how polished the call sounded. Pointing every flag to the exact transcript evidence makes the accountability useful.
