Vellio is an AI workspace built for people who use more than one model and want it to do more than chat. Most "multi-model" tools stop at switching between providers. Vellio treats the model layer as commodity and focuses on the workspace around it: your prompts, your conversations, your files, and your workflow, independent of which model happens to be best this month. What it does: Chat with GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral, Grok, Perplexity, and more from a single interface, no juggling five subscriptions or five tabs Compare two models side by side on the same prompt to see how their answers actually differ Search the web from inside a conversation and get answers with real cited sources, not just the model's training data Ask the AI to build a real spreadsheet or document, then download and keep editing it, with version history and undo, instead of getting a description of what a file could look like Save your best prompts to a searchable library with folders, starring, and tags Use the same library from a Chrome or Firefox extension, so your prompts are one click away on any page you're working on Import existing conversations from ChatGPT or Claude, or your prompts from a CSV, to bring your history with you Create named personas for repeatable custom assistants Bring your own API keys for direct provider billing, or use hosted credits and skip key management entirely How it's priced: Free accounts get a prompt library (up to 10 saved prompts), search and tag filtering, and the browser extension, no live AI usage. Built solo by a technical PM who started this as a side project to stay hands-on with code, and it grew into a full product over several months of nights and weekends.
