About WeLocale

WeLocale translates a website at runtime. You add one script tag, or install the WordPress plugin, and the widget reads the rendered page and replaces text in the visitor's language. There is nothing to rebuild and no content to migrate, and it picks up text that loads after the page, which locale files cannot cover. The difference that matters is price per language. Ten translated languages cost $15 a month on our Starter plan. Weglot sells ten languages only on its 299 euro plan. Pro is $39 for 20 languages, Scale is $69 for 50. Word allowances are a stock rather than a monthly rental: once a string is translated it stays translated and does not count again, and editing a page you already translated does not spend the allowance twice. Every machine translation can be reviewed and edited in the dashboard, so the output is a starting point rather than the final word. Pro and Scale also emit hreflang tags for multilingual SEO. Honest scope: WeLocale suits marketing sites, blogs, stores and content-heavy pages. If your translated strings are part of your product specification and need sign-off, a build-time i18n library is the better tool. Free plan available, no card required, does not expire.

Built WeLocale because most translation tools price by language count, so 10 languages gets expensive fast. Free plan is permanent, no card needed. Happy to answer questions.
