Wiggle

Wiggle is a Telegram bot (@WigglePackBot) that turns a short video of your pet into a live, animated Telegram sticker with the background removed. How it works: send the bot a 1-3 second clip, a round video message or a GIF. It cuts the animal out of every frame with an AI segmentation model, adds a white outline, encodes a VP9 WEBM video sticker under 256 KB (Telegram's limit) and adds it to a sticker pack on your own Telegram account in about 30 seconds. Photos become static stickers. The problem it solves: Telegram's built-in sticker editor only makes static stickers. Making a video sticker by hand means ffmpeg, VP9 with alpha, a 3 second limit and cutting out the background frame by frame. Extras: a meme caption drawn on every frame, share stickers from any chat by typing @WigglePackBot, and works in groups with /sticker as a reply to a video. Pricing: the first 3 live stickers are free and stickers from photos are always free. After that, 10 live stickers cost 50 Telegram Stars (about $1), paid inside Telegram. No app, no sign-up.
