About WolfStack
WolfStack replaces the pile of separate tools you normally need to run servers - hypervisor UI, container manager, monitoring, VPN, status page - with a single Rust binary and one login. Install it with one curl command on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, RHEL, Arch, openSUSE, Alpine, Proxmox or a Raspberry Pi. No database to run, no external dependencies. What it manages: - Containers: Docker, Docker Compose and LXC - Virtual machines: KVM/QEMU with USB and PCI passthrough, plus TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot for Windows 11 - Kubernetes: k3s, MicroK8s and kubeadm through WolfKube - Storage: ZFS, Ceph, GlusterFS, RAID, S3, NFS and SMB - Networking: VLANs, WireGuard, firewall rules and an encrypted mesh VPN between your nodes - Monitoring: health checks, CVE scanning and public status pages with 90-day uptime history - Automation: WolfFlow visual workflows, and WolfFunctions for serverless functions across the cluster - Apps: a built-in store with 530+ pre-configured applications The Predictive Inbox watches for the problems that bite you later - failing disks, out-of-date images, known CVEs - and one-click fixes many of them. An optional AI operations agent (Claude, Gemini or Ollama) can help you drive it. Built in Rust by Wolf Software Systems Ltd. WolfStack v25 - serverless functions, network map and predictive fixes
Since our last update here we've gone from v15 to v25 - 809 releases across 107 days. The big ones: - WolfFunctions: serverless functions-as-a-service, running across your whole cluster - Network Map: a read-only, cluster-wide view of what's actually talking to what - Predictive Inbox: surfaces failing disks, stale images and CVEs before they bite, and now one-click AUTOFIXes many of them (Docker image scanning via trivy included) - Fleet Terminal Console: byobu-style multi-window terminals across every node, plus tabs and split panes everywhere - HA hosting tiers: node roles with DNS, Postgres, mail and site failover - Hardening: optional mutual-TLS on the admin port, raw-socket scan detection, SHA-pinned build supply chain, on-access antivirus Also along the way: Windows 11 VMs with TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, GlusterFS management, TrueNAS 26 support, ntfy mobile push, and a full arm64 sweep. K8s support is a huge add. Being able to manage clusters alongside Proxmox from one dashboard is exactly what self-hosters need.
