Product Feedback Rules
Product Feedback pairs a founder who paid for 5 structured reviews with members who test the product and write them. These rules cover both sides: what a reviewer has to do to be paid, and what a founder receives.
For reviewers
Any PeerPush member can review, except the product owner and anyone whose email domain matches the owner’s. You can hold 2 reviews at a time and submit up to 3 in a day.
One accepted review per product. Claiming a slot reserves it for 72 hours; after that it returns to the board and someone else can take it. Your draft is saved as you type and survives an expired claim.
An accepted review earns 80 PeerPush points, and 400 points launch a product free. Points are decided by an automated quality check and the PeerPush team, never by the founder, and never by whether the review is positive.
What gets accepted
A review is accepted when it shows you actually used the product: the specific screens, pages or commands you tried, what you expected, what happened instead, and the one thing you would change first.
Rejected: generic praise, advice that would fit any product, text copied from the product’s own pages, AI-generated text, and spam or promotion. A first soft failure comes back as one revision, open for 48 hours. A second one is final.
Every automated decision can be reviewed by a person on request. Points already paid can be reversed if a review is later found to be farmed or copied.
How points age
Points keep their full value for 60 days, then halve every 60 days. The balance you can spend is the aged one, so points are worth the most soon after you earn them.
Who sees your review
Your review, your @handle and the role you picked go to the founder of the product you reviewed. Reviews are never shown publicly and never attached to the product page.
Founders receive a non-exclusive licence to use the feedback internally. They may not publish it, attribute it to you, or use it in marketing without your written permission.
Access notes a founder gives you (a test account, a coupon, a staging link) are private to reviewers holding a slot. Never share them, and never expect a founder to hand over anything they cannot revoke.
For founders
You receive 5 structured reviews from 5 different members, each one checked before it reaches you. They are private to you.
A brief is optional and it helps: naming what to test, who the product is for, and up to 3 questions of your own gets you sharper answers.
There is no fixed delivery time. An order stays open until it fills. A review you disagree with is not removed, but a review that clearly did not test your product can be reported and we will look at it.
Refunds are at PeerPush’s discretion. Unfilled slots can be refunded on request; delivered reviews are not refundable. Contact us and we will sort it out.
Disclosure
Reviewers earn PeerPush points for reviews that are accepted. Acceptance is decided by an automated quality check and the PeerPush team, never by the founder, and never by whether the review is positive.
