So each exercise is the star of the show. I found a massive library of stick figures on Flaticon, full of character, and used them throughout the app. The native apple TTS during the workouts felt robotic. So I spent way too long drafting actual coach personas and selecting their voices on ElevenLabs. 9 coaches, 2,197 unique quotes. The program library includes 100% free programs like "Smoker's Rehab" (that's autobiographical) and "Silver Strength" for older lifters. Built solo. Local-first. No account, no cloud.
