AirwayLab

AirwayLab is a free, browser-based tool that analyzes CPAP and BiPAP SD card data. The supported-machine list lives at airwaylab.app and grows as new parsers ship. It runs research-grade engines (Glasgow Index, WAT, NED, and an oximetry pipeline) to score flow limitation, breathing-pattern instability, and oxygen levels beyond the standard AHI number your machine reports. All core analysis runs client-side in Web Workers. Your data stays on your device unless you opt in to cloud backup, AI insights, or research contribution. The analysis engine is open source (GPL-3.0) and publicly auditable on GitHub. The free tier runs the full analysis with limits on history and AI insights. Paid tiers add unlimited AI analysis, longer history, and PDF export. Current tiers and prices are on airwaylab.app. AirwayLab is not a medical device. It is not FDA or CE cleared.
