About Callsect

Callsect turns customer conversations into ready-to-use notes, follow-ups, coaching, and preparation for the next call — while keeping the relationship history connected across conversations. After each call, it analyzes what happened and what changed, surfaces objections, commitments, risks and open issues, and creates notes and follow-ups shaped around how you write. As conversations accumulate, Callsect carries that customer context forward. Before the next call, you can see where the relationship stands, what matters now, what to ask, likely objections, and what the conversation needs to accomplish — without reconstructing everything from scattered notes. You can either import Google Meet transcripts, or upload a transcript or recording directly. No meeting bot is required, and uploaded audio isn't retained after processing. Callsect is currently free and self-serve.

Built Callsect because I manage 250+ B2B customers and got tired of reconstructing what happened across calls before every conversation. It's still early and completely free.
