Easy to use for company based support questions. Incredible multimodal RAG.
The RAG support is surprisingly solid. Responses actually stay grounded in the right context instead of hallucinating like many other apps. You can tell the retrieval pipeline is well implemented, especially when working with long documents or technical data.
