Castforge

Castforge is a Windows desktop app that runs Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot as one dev team instead of four separate terminals. A Lead plans your request onto a board. Coders take cards. A Tester and a Reviewer check the work before it counts. You watch it happen and steer. Roles can use different agents too, so Claude can plan while Codex writes if that is the split you prefer. What makes Castforge different is that it tells you the truth about what it did. Opening a project does not start work or spend anything. It reads the state and offers one action. A card that reports Done with no record of where the work was written gets repaired rather than believed. A check that cannot run says so instead of passing by default. Parallel work runs in real Git worktrees and lands in order, and your own working tree is never touched by an agent. The fastest way in is a free GitHub Copilot sign-in. Past that, bring your own API key or sign in through each agent's own login. Castforge never reads tokens out of an agent's OAuth directory. Public beta. Windows only.
