About Covio
Homeowners are expected to manage hundreds of small but important details: maintenance tasks, seasonal upkeep, warranties, appliance information, project ideas, receipts, reminders, and the random “we should probably fix that” list that usually lives across emails, drawers, notes apps, and memory. Covio turns that chaos into a personal command center for your home. Add your home details once, then Covio helps you organize warranties, track maintenance, plan projects, manage home records, and stay ahead of what needs attention. Instead of guessing what to do next, homeowners get a calmer, more organized view of their home with clear tasks, saved records, and reminders that make home care feel manageable. What makes Covio different is that it is not just a document folder, task app, or spreadsheet. It is built around the way homeowners actually think about their home: what needs to be maintained, what needs to be saved, what projects are coming up, and what decisions need to be made before something becomes expensive or stressful. With Covio, homeowners can expect to: - Keep warranties and important home records in one place - Stay ahead of maintenance before small issues become bigger ones - Organize home projects without losing track of budget, priority, or next steps - Reduce the mental load of remembering every task their home needs - Feel more in control of their home, not buried by it Covio helps homeowners move from scattered and reactive to organized, proactive, and confident.

Covio Home is officially live in the Apple App Store!
A little over a year ago, my wife and I moved into our first home and quickly realized homeownership is a lot more complicated than anyone tells you. Warranties were in one place. Appliance manuals were somewhere else. Maintenance schedules lived in my head. Project ideas sat in random notes. And every time something needed attention, I felt like I was starting from scratch. That frustration turned into an idea. Over the last year, I've spent early mornings, late nights, weekends, and more cans of diet coke than I'd like to admit building Covio—a home management app designed to help homeowners stay organized, proactive, and confident in caring for their homes. Today, I'm excited to share that Covio Home is officially live on the Apple App Store. 🎉 This has been my first time building a software product, learning product design, navigating app reviews, figuring out subscriptions, and turning an idea into something real. There is still a lot to improve, but shipping matters. If you're a homeowner (or know someone who is), I'd love for you to check it out and share any feedback. Building in public has been one of the most rewarding experiences, and this is only the beginning. #BuildInPublic #Startups #Entrepreneurship #Homeownership #PropTech

Interesting. I will give it a try soon.
@marketingayadnexus Awesome! You can download it in the apple store!
Web-only with families as the target audience is interesting — most homeowner moments (warranty photo, paint code at Lowe's) happen on a phone in front of the appliance. Is native mobile on the roadmap, or betting that mobile-web is enough?
@honestdev yes mobile is on the way! We definitely want to make it easily accessible for users to upload and take pictures of documents and add/complete tasks without having to get on their computer.
