About DrillFlow
DrillFlow is a local-first diagram editor for organizing complex information through hierarchical depth. Unlike flat canvases, every node can hold its own sub-diagram — so you drill down into a step, understand it, and come back up, with breadcrumbs and a subflow tree instead of tab chaos. It's built for process & workflow mapping, software architecture, user journeys and flowcharts — anything too big for a single canvas. Start from one of 12 templates, or bring what you already have: Mermaid, draw.io and Excalidraw files all import. Export to PNG, SVG, PDF, Markdown, JSON or Mermaid. Share a diagram as a read-only link, or embed it in a Notion page, a wiki or your own site — where readers can still double-click a node and dive in, instead of staring at a flat picture. The document format is public and small enough that an AI assistant can write one for you: describe the process, open the JSON, done. DrillFlow runs entirely in your browser, free and with no account. Your diagrams stay local, private and fast — and because it's an installable web app (PWA), it keeps working offline after the first load.
