DropReady

DropReady is a virtual waiting room for e-commerce stores that can get more traffic in a few seconds than their server can handle - drops, limited releases, ticket sales, Black Friday promotions. Instead of crashing, excess visitors are routed into a fair queue and admitted with a signed access token once your server can actually support them. Built in Go + Redis, running as a dedicated instance per client rather than shared multi-tenant infrastructure - meaning control over where your data physically lives (e.g. hosting in Poland/EU). Integration on your side is a single PHP file, uploaded over FTP - no SSH access or DevOps team required. Works with PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, or any custom Laravel/PHP stack. Currently live in production with our first client, handling real traffic. Tested on that client's actual infrastructure - a budget Polish VPS (1 vCPU, 4GB RAM): 500 requests/s held at 100% success with ~123ms latency. Raw signing engine benchmark: 31,718 requests/s, 200,000/200,000 succeeded. Full load-test data and even a bug we found and fixed along the way are published on the blog - built in public. It's a fit if you run PrestaShop/WooCommerce/Magento/Laravel, have seasonal or one-off traffic spikes rather than consistently high traffic, and don't have your own DevOps team. Probably not for you if you're on Shopify Plus (already has a built-in queue) or already run Cloudflare Enterprise. Pricing: fixed monthly fee for a dedicated instance, no per-request or per-visitor billing, no free tier.
