About Feedjolt

Customer feedback shouldn't live in 14 Slack threads, a Notion doc nobody reads, and an old spreadsheet. Feedjolt gives B2B SaaS teams one place to collect it, prioritize it, ship it, and tell customers what changed. **Built around how product teams actually work** — Public and private feedback boards. Customers vote; you see a signal, not noise. — Slack + Linear integrations that feel native. Capture feedback from a Slack thread, push prioritized items into Linear, and close the loop without leaving your stack. — AI-assisted triage with human review. Duplicates merged. Spam killed. Themes surfaced. Not LLM slop — a real operator signs off. — Roadmaps and changelogs your customers actually read. Ship the update, drop the link, turn upvoters into "thanks for shipping this." **Why teams switch from Canny, Productboard, and Featurebase** — Flat pricing. No per-end-user creep that punishes growth. — Unlimited end users. Forever. — Developer-friendly setup. Live in minutes, not a procurement cycle. — Built by a team that ships. We run Feedjolt on the public roadmap; every shipped feature traces back to a customer request. **What changes once it's in** Less feedback lost. Faster prioritization. Fewer "when are you building X" support tickets. Customers who feel heard because they actually are. Try it free at feedjolt.com.

Flat-price unlimited user feedback removes the scaling penalty most tools impose. At Bunzee we use similar feedback signals at the idea validation stage. Do dev-native teams tend to act on feedback faster than traditional product teams?

Hi 👋 I'm Marc, the maker. Feedjolt came out of frustration. At my last B2B SaaS, customer feedback lived in 4 places — Slack channels, an Excel sheet nobody updated, email threads, and partial notes.
