Historis is the shared memory between you and your AI. It keeps a clean, dated timeline of everything that happens with your contacts - calls, quotes, deliveries, complaints, payments - and makes that history readable and writable by your AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor...) through MCP. Key features: - Timeline-first tracking: every interaction is an event on a contact's timeline, tagged, filtered and searchable. - Knowledge notes: durable notes for what you learned, not just what happened - a pricing decision, a standing arrangement with a supplier, an observation from the field. Each note is linked to the contacts, events or other notes it concerns, superseded rather than overwritten when it changes, and searchable by your assistant alongside the timeline. - AI-native via MCP: your assistant can log calls, add notes, create contacts and pull "what's pending" briefs. Every AI write is marked with a provenance marker, logged, attributable and reversible - you always know who (or what) wrote what. - Ten-second capture, refined later: type what happened and move on. The event is stored as raw; your assistant picks it up afterwards, attaches the contact, tags and deadlines, and marks it refined. Your original words are never rewritten - the assistant's reformulation sits beside them, marked and reversible. - Daily brief and attention queue: see what's new, what changed recently, and what's been waiting too long. - Automation rules written in plain markdown that your agents discover and apply. - Team visibility controls: organization-wide, per-team or private records, with per-agent read/write permissions on the Business plan. - Insights: activity flow, stale backlog and most active contacts at a glance. What makes it different: Historis is not a heavyweight CRM. No pipelines to configure, no 30-field forms - it is the memory of your business. Capture an interaction in seconds, retrieve it by asking your AI. Built for small teams, retail and service businesses that want their AI tools to actually know their customers. Start free (5 seats, 250 active events, 25 contacts, MCP included). Pro from $10/user/month - MCP read/write access is included on every plan.

Knowledge memory + refined capture
Your assistant can now keep durable notes on what the business learned, not just a log of what happened — a pricing decision, a standing arrangement with a supplier, an observation from the field. Notes are linked to the contacts and events they concern, superseded rather than overwritten when they change, and searchable alongside the timeline. Quick captures also got their own workflow: type what happened in ten seconds and move on. Your assistant picks the event up afterwards, attaches the contact, tags and deadlines. Your original words are never rewritten — the reformulation sits beside them, marked and reversible. Docs: https://historis.app/docs/knowledge

Really intrigued by the shared timeline concept - having a synchronized record of what happened with my AI assistant could be super helpful for tracking project progress and keeping context across conversations.
@galdayan1895 Thanks a lot for the kind words! That's exactly how I use Historis myself. I run a music shop, and I track all my interactions with customers and suppliers in it, sometimes logged directly, sometimes through one or several AI
