About Inventory Full

Inventory Full picks one game from your backlog. Not a shortlist. Not a curated list of ten. One game, matched to your mood and the time you've got. Most gaming backlog tools want you to organize your library. Tag everything. Rate everything. Sort things into seventeen categories. Forty minutes later you've closed the tab and gone to watch YouTube instead. The organizing became the session. The problem was never organization. The problem was deciding. Inventory Full asks two questions: what's your mood, and how much time do you have. Then it analyzes your library across genres, playtime, tags, and recency. It picks one game with a reason why. You close the tab and go play. Connects to Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Playnite CSV. Import takes about thirty seconds. Free, no account needed, your data stays on your device by default. Cloud sync is opt-in. "Moved On" is a first-class status alongside Playing and Finished. Deciding a game isn't for you is progress, same as finishing it. Your pile shrinks either way. Less time in our app means we're doing our job. If you spend thirty minutes in Inventory Full, something went wrong. Made by one person in Vancouver who had too many games and not enough will to pick one.

Product Insights

Inventory Full is a free web-based selection tool that connects with major gaming platforms to solve decision fatigue by recommending exactly one game based on user duration and mood. It streamlines backlog management by focusing on immediate playability rather than manual organization or tagging.

  • Connects with Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Playnite CSV for fast imports.
  • Data remains on-device by default with no account registration required.
  • Treats the Moved On status as a valid form of backlog progress.
  • Includes an optional cloud sync feature for multi-device access.

Ideal for: This tool is designed for gamers and Steam users who need a quick, data-driven way to choose a single game from their large libraries based on limited free time.

The platform serves as an alternative to organization-heavy databases like HowLongToBeat, Backloggd, Grouvee, Infinite Backlog, and Stash.games.

Built this because organizing my backlog became its own hobby and the games stayed unplayed. Two questions, one pick, go play. Feedback wanted. Especially the painful kind.
