About Inventory Full

Inventory Full picks one game from your backlog. Not a shortlist. Not a curated list of ten. One game, matched to your mood and the time you've got. Most gaming backlog tools want you to organize your library. Tag everything. Rate everything. Sort things into seventeen categories. Forty minutes later you've closed the tab and gone to watch YouTube instead. The organizing became the session. The problem was never organization. The problem was deciding. Inventory Full asks two questions: what's your mood, and how much time do you have. Then it analyzes your library across genres, playtime, tags, and recency. It picks one game with a reason why. You close the tab and go play. Connects to Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Playnite CSV. Import takes about thirty seconds. Free, no account needed, your data stays on your device by default. Cloud sync is opt-in. "Moved On" is a first-class status alongside Playing and Finished. Deciding a game isn't for you is progress, same as finishing it. Your pile shrinks either way. Less time in our app means we're doing our job. If you spend thirty minutes in Inventory Full, something went wrong. Made by one person in Vancouver who had too many games and not enough will to pick one.

Working on an iOS app

So one of my favourite things about Inventory Full is how much you DON'T need to use it. It helps you decide. Then you get playing. But we can't always have a web app open when we're sitting in front of a console. And even with device in hand, navigating to an app is again another decision we might not wanna be bothered to do. So I've developed and will soon be launching Inventory Full as a standalone app for iOS. The point is to get you to close the app as soon as possible, and go play your games. What this enables: - "Siri, what game on my list should I play right now?" - you get a pick. No need to be in the app. Just fire up the PS5, or the Switch. - A widget you can really use- your Home Screen can now simply tell you, via Inventory Full, what game is best for you to get playing. Right now, today. Glance at the widget, a pick shows up, get with having fun. No need to even enter the app at all. That's the dream. That's what I have working right now. Stay tuned for the App Store release. Product is in MVP and doing some tuning on in before launching into the wild. Expect a small one-time low price and it's yours forever. Stay tuned... and keep having fun! ✌️🎮

Built this because organizing my backlog became its own hobby and the games stayed unplayed. Two questions, one pick, go play. Feedback wanted. Especially the painful kind.
