About Joborigo
Joborigo is a job application management platform that brings transparency to every side of the hiring process. For job seekers: track every application in one dashboard, get automatic ghost detection when employers go quiet, and share a verified career timeline via a public resume link. Authenticity is the point — no AI cover letters, no gaming the system. For recruitment agencies: generate a private Candidate Brief to present candidates to employers without losing control. Manage the full process like an internal ATS, approve employer handoffs on your terms, and keep permanent attribution on every placement — even after handoff. Candidates control their own identity reveal. Your agency ID is attached to the placement forever. For employers: push real-time status updates directly to candidates via API, browse an anonymous candidate marketplace, and manage your hiring pipeline with full correspondence history.

The loop, broken three ways
Just shipped a new section on joborigo.com that explains why recruitment transparency matters by showing it. Three rows, three perspectives (candidate, agency, employer), and a toggle that switches between the broken state and the closed-loop state. All three change simultaneously when you flip the toggle, because that’s how recruitment actually works — one coordination failure, three different ways to feel it. The reframe came from a hard observation: most “recruitment problem” content treats ghosting as a candidate issue, agency disorganization as an agency issue, employer slowness as an employer issue. They’re the same problem viewed from three sides. Now the landing page shows that visually instead of explaining it in text. Try the toggle: https://joborigo.com
