Kanso

Kanso is a free career trade-off assessment designed to help you discover your work values hierarchy in five minutes. It identifies which aspects of your professional life you are willing to protect and which you would sacrifice, helping you determine if your current role aligns with your core values or if it is costing you more than you realize. The hard part is that you're given a fixed budget of credits across these questions, so you can't mark everything as critical. That constraint is the point. At the end you get a trade-off profile, your non-negotiables, plus an AI coach trained on your specific results. I felt that the standard personality tests (Myers-Briggs, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc) are all useful to understand who you are, but they don't really give you any insight into how you could make a decision about a particular role you're in or considering. So, I built Kanso around one constraint - you can't have everything. Just like real life, you have to choose. "When everything's important, nothing is".
