About LLM Scan

LLM Scan is an AI visibility scanner, GEO audit tool, and LLM SEO platform that shows how ready your website is for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, AI agents, and answer engines. It audits the technical and content signals LLM-powered systems rely on to crawl, understand, cite, and reuse your pages, including crawlability, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, structured data, semantic HTML, Markdown support, metadata, and content clarity. Key features: - AI-readiness score for fast benchmarking - Shareable public scan reports for teams, clients, and stakeholders - GEO and LLM SEO audit across technical and content signals - Checks for robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, structured data, and semantic HTML - Crawlability analysis to find blocked or hard-to-access pages - Content-signal review to improve how AI systems interpret your site - Generated optimization fixes your team can copy, edit, and ship - Leaderboard-style comparison to see how your site performs against others - Monitoring-ready workflow for tracking AI visibility improvements over time What makes it different: - Built specifically for AI search, answer engines, and LLM-powered discovery - Focuses on machine readability, not just traditional SEO ranking factors - Combines developer-friendly technical checks with marketer-friendly recommendations - Turns scan results into practical fixes instead of vague audit notes - Creates reports that are easy to share with clients, founders, product teams, and agencies Expected outcomes: - Make your website easier for AI agents to crawl and understand - Improve readiness for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and answer engines - Find hidden technical blockers before they affect AI visibility - Strengthen structured data, semantic HTML, and content clarity - Give developers a clear checklist of fixes to implement - Help marketing and growth teams explain AI visibility progress with a simple score - Build a stronger foundation for GEO, LLM SEO, AI search optimization, and answer engine optimization

Why ChatGPT Always Recommends Supabase

This is why your LLM keeps suggesting Supabase. Not just because they have a good product. They understood early that AI systems are becoming a distribution layer. So they optimized for agents, not only humans. A few things they do extremely well: - clean and highly structured docs - pages with clear entity relationships - llms.txt support - AI-readable examples and SDK references - consistent terminology across the entire site - public technical content constantly reinforcing the same concepts - open-source repos that agents can crawl easily - β€œagent skills” and explicit instructions for coding agents The result? When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity: β€œwhat backend should I use?” β€œwhat’s good for auth + postgres?” β€œwhat is easiest for AI coding tools?” Supabase keeps appearing. Because LLMs can actually understand what they do. Check here how Supabase scores on LLM Scan: https://www.llmscan.dev/scan/K1NqWNxTz3Uj_KIcyStyQ Most startups still optimize only for: SEO design landing page conversion But the new layer is: β€œcan an AI confidently recommend your product?” That changes how you structure docs, APIs, metadata, examples, blog posts, schema markup, and even naming consistency. Curious to see which companies will dominate AI discoverability over the next 2 years.

We want to make each site on the internet available to agents

When even companies that came out of YC have not been optimized for agents, you know that everyone has to check this out. https://www.llmscan.dev/scan/15km8qvHFUMN0PQmnmEWB

This sounds useful. My iOS apps get random hits by ChatGPT now and then but I'd love to expand them. Do you have anything to help audit app / App Store metadata for AI indexing?

This is a well-thought-out product, with great execution. The fast rise in AI searches breeds a necessity to position apps for LLM visibility, and this helps a lot in that regard.
