It works out the brand, model, serial number, price, warranty, and return window, then files the whole thing for you. No spreadsheet, no data entry you'll abandon after a week. The point is the moment you actually need it. Something breaks and the warranty wants proof of purchase and a serial number. A return window is closing. A recall lands. An insurance adjuster asks for a list of everything you owned. Manifest keeps that record current in the background, and it remembers where you put things, so "where IS that" stops being a twenty-minute search.
