Mappy AI is a mindmap tool with one thing most AI mapping apps don't: real sources. You drop in a PDF, lecture recording, video, link, or your own notes, and each node in the map gets a real image taken from that source, plus a link that opens the source at the exact page the node came from. The AI can work on a single branch instead of the whole map, takes @mentions of other nodes in chat, and will search the web for citations when you ask it to. If you've edited a node by hand, it works around your changes instead of regenerating from scratch. Multiple people can edit the same map live. The free plan includes AI.
