MedianDocs

MedianDocs is a browser-based document automation tool for creating personalized PDFs in bulk from Excel or CSV data. It is designed for situations where you need to generate many versions of the same document — such as certificates, vouchers, letters, invitations, recognition documents or other repetitive business documents — while changing names, dates, organizations, IDs or other fields for each recipient. Instead of manually editing and exporting documents one by one, you create or choose a reusable template and connect its variables to the columns in your spreadsheet. MedianDocs uses each row of data to generate an individual personalized PDF and packages the finished documents into a ZIP file for download. A typical workflow is simple: 1. Choose or create a reusable document template. 2. Import an Excel or CSV spreadsheet. 3. Map spreadsheet columns to the variables used in the template. 4. Preview representative documents and correct any missing or incorrect mappings. 5. Generate the complete batch of personalized PDFs. 6. Download the finished documents together as a ZIP archive. MedianDocs is especially useful for small businesses, training providers, event organizers, HR teams, schools, associations and anyone who regularly creates repetitive personalized documents from spreadsheet data. The goal is not to replace spreadsheets or full document management systems. MedianDocs focuses on one specific workflow: turning structured spreadsheet data into finished, personalized documents without manually creating each file. Privacy is also part of the product design. Spreadsheet and document content is processed locally in the browser during document generation and is not intentionally uploaded to the MedianDocs application server. Server-side operations are limited to functions such as access validation and commercial operations. MedianDocs is currently in Early Access. The product is being tested with real users to improve the workflow, particularly data-to-template mapping, usability and bulk document generation.
