NextUp Walk-in is a walk-in waitlist for barbershops, hair and nail salons, tattoo studios, repair shops, pet groomers, and restaurants. It replaces the paper sign-in sheet and the crowded waiting room. How it works: customers scan a QR code at the door or open the shop's link (no app to download), pick a service and, if they want, a specific team member, then see their place in line and a live wait estimate. They can run an errand instead of standing in the lobby and watch their place on their phone. A text when they're almost up is coming soon: text alerts switch on soon, once carrier verification finishes.
