About PackMyMan
Getting a production-ready packaging dieline — the flat cutting template a box is built from — normally means hiring a structural designer, buying expensive CAD software, or grabbing a template that's the wrong size and rebuilding it by hand in Illustrator. For anyone who just needs a correctly-sized box fast — print shops, packaging buyers, agencies, product teams — that's slow, expensive, and easy to get wrong. One bad dimension or fold allowance and the box won't assemble, or the cut file fails on the table. PackMyMan is a browser-based parametric dieline generator. You choose a box structure from the FEFCO and ECMA industry standards (e.g. FEFCO 0201 regular slotted carton, 0427 roll-end mailer, ECMA tuck-end cartons), enter length, width, and depth, and it generates a geometrically correct, physically-valid dieline in seconds. Export it as production-ready SVG, DXF, or PDF — ready to send straight to a cutting table, plotter, or printer. No CAD software, no manual redrawing, no guesswork on fold lines or glue tabs. The geometry is computed deterministically from the standards rather than approximated, so every output assembles correctly at real-world dimensions the kind of accuracy an AI-generated dieline can't reliably produce. Who it's for: print and packaging companies, design agencies, structural and packaging designers, and product teams who need accurate cut files fast.

Dielines were a pain for me to design. PackMyMan fixes it: pick a FEFCO/ECMA box, enter dimensions, export production-ready SVG/DXF/PDF in seconds. Feedback welcome!
