About Pavleur
Pavleur is an AI copilot for customer calls and meetings. It runs natively on macOS as a translucent overlay and records your screen together with the call audio, producing a transcript, screenshots, and a structured recap for every conversation. Recordings stay on your Mac or in your own Google Drive, never on Pavleur's servers. Press Cmd+Enter to ask the assistant anything about the call while it is still happening, and Cmd+B to hide or bring back the overlay. What it does - Records your screen and the call audio together, saved to a single page per customer. - Produces a timestamped, searchable transcript in the language each phrase was actually spoken in. - Captures screen-share frames automatically and tags them, and attaches decks, PDFs, and links shared during the call to the same customer page. - Extracts what was decided and what you committed to, so nothing has to be asked twice. - Generates a one-page recap you can paste straight into Slack, Notion, or your CRM. - Supports 40+ languages with roughly 95 percent transcription accuracy, and detects a mid-call language switch per speaker: if your customer moves from English to Spanish, the transcript follows. - Keeps files encrypted at rest with AES-256 and per-file keys, excludes your data from all model training, and lets you export or delete everything, with optional auto-delete after 90 days. - Stays out of the screen share: the overlay never appears to the other side or in any recording, and Pavleur never joins the call as a participant. Where it works Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and anything else running on your screen. Pavleur is a Mac app. Pricing Free costs nothing and requires no credit card. It includes screen recording, transcript, and screenshots for every call, storage on your Mac or your own Google Drive, up to 10 calls per month, English transcription, and a one-page recap per call. Pro is 37.50 dollars per month and adds unlimited recordings and transcripts, 40+ languages with live code-switching, AI-extracted decisions and action items, slides and attachments auto-attached to each call, full-text search across everything ever said, and one-click per-customer archive export. Pro Lifetime is a single payment of 449 dollars, currently half off 899, and includes everything in Pro, all future Pro features, and access to the founding-customer Slack channel. Pro is a monthly subscription billed every month. All payments are final and non-refundable due to AI processing costs. Who it is for Sales and customer-success teams who need every call on record without a bot in the participant list. Engineers, product managers, and tech leads who want to search back through what was actually agreed. Non-native speakers working in a second or third language, who want a live assist panel and a transcript in the language the call is really in. Candidates who want to stay sharp in interviews as well as in client calls. Why Pavleur Most meeting tools send a bot into the call and keep your recordings on their infrastructure. Pavleur runs locally, never joins as a participant, and stores zero bytes on its own servers, on the principle that what is never stored cannot leak. It also captures the visual half of a call that transcript-only tools drop: screen recording, tagged screenshots, and shared slides. More than 700 users and over 500 hours of calls captured as of September 2026. pavleur.com
