About Placer
Placer is a dedicated seating plan maker for weddings, galas, banquets, and company dinners. Designed to work entirely offline, it allows you to set real room dimensions and arrange round, rectangular, or oval tables on a metric grid. You can import guest lists from CSV or Excel files, manage dietary notes, and use drag-and-drop functionality to assign seats with overcapacity warnings. Once complete, plans can be exported as high-resolution images or multi-page PDFs for caterers and venues.

Funny, I found that one a few weeks ago on the store .. Used it for an event recently, very good app! It does what it says and there is no hassle with any kind of subscriptions.
