Preloop

Preloop is an open-source control plane designed for OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, and other MCP agents. It allows teams to onboard existing agents using a discovery command and govern tool access through an MCP Firewall. The platform routes model traffic with integrated budgets and attribution, provides searchable runtime evidence logs, and enables the approval of sensitive actions from mobile or Slack. It serves as a self-hostable alternative to AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
