Two ways to see what a listing actually cost on earlier days, before you pay. 1. The browser extension. Open an AliExpress listing and it shows the prices we recorded for it, the recorded low and high, and whether the seller's discount holds up against them. You can save listings and get a notification if the price changes. Prices we show are what we saw on the dated day, not coupon or shipping-country prices. Revenue is $0. This is a free tool we are building in the open, so the most useful thing you can do is try it on a listing you care about and tell us where it is wrong or unclear.

How PriceProven works, and where it stops. What we do: once a day we record the price of an AliExpress listing and keep the dated reading. Today that is 109,650 listings and 1,808,596 readings over 63 days (last reading 7 October 2026). What a reading is: the price we saw on that day. It is not what you would have paid with a coupon, a new-user deal or a different shipping country. What we do not do: - We do not predict whether a price will drop. No forecasts. - We do not give a verdict on a listing with too little history. It says "Not enough history yet." - We do not know what a listing cost before the day we started recording it. Why bother: AliExpress does not verify the crossed-out "was" price a seller types, and nothing on the page shows an ordinary day's price. A dated record is the only thing we can offer in its place, and we would rather show its limits than hide them. What a PriceProven listing page looks like, with a real example. SEESII 6" cordless mini chainsaw. Our page shows $20.44 today, which is the lowest of the 19 readings we have for it. The usual price on our record is $40.08. Laundry hamper, foldable. $10.38 today, the lowest of 32 readings. Usual price on our record: $22.31. A lowest-of-19 is not a forecast and not a promise the price will not fall further. We record daily, and we only know what we recorded. We have recorded the daily price of 109,650 AliExpress listings (1,808,596 readings over 63 days, last reading 7 October 2026). For each one we checked whether the seller's "was" price ever appeared in our record. The bigger the advertised discount, the less often it did: - Under 30% off: we could not match 5.5% (905 of 16,361) - 30-49% off: 89.1% - 50-59% off: 97.8% - 60-69% off: 99.4% - 70% or more off: 99.8% (1,121 of 1,123) "Cannot match" means the crossed-out price never showed up in our readings. It does not prove the price was never charged: we only see what we recorded, from the day we started recording each listing.
