The breakdown doesn't just explain the answer. It shows where the agent could have looked, what they missed, where they could have investigated further, how they could have been more proactive, and the wider habit or mindset they can carry into every future customer interaction. Two agents can go through the exact same scenario and walk away with completely different coaching - because PRISM isn't just scoring the answer, it's scoring the thinking. For managers, PRISM provides a level of visibility that traditional training simply doesn't offer. Not just who completed the training and what they scored - but where each agent is strong, where they consistently struggle, and where coaching will actually make a difference. The manager dashboard shows escalation dependency scores, RAG status and detailed breakdowns across all 8 dimensions for every agent on the team.
