Keep requests, supplier correspondence and delivery records in one workspace, with practical review steps throughout the purchasing process. Create requests manually or import compatible text PDFs. Check article names, quantities and purchasing units, select suppliers, and prepare supplier-grouped draft emails in Classic Outlook. Your team reviews the recipients and message contents before sending; emails are never sent automatically. Maintain an article master, record supplier prices and compare recorded net EUR prices when choosing suppliers. Keep saved requisitions and quotation records, follow deliveries, handle claims and review supplier performance using recorded delivery information. Classic desktop Outlook with a configured profile is required for drafts. PDF import supports compatible text documents. Review dates, specifications, pack sizes and supplier terms when comparing prices. Latest update — 1.0.16 RC2 (controlled test preview): full local profile backup and restore; explicit repeat-order and interrupted-request recovery controls; consistent user signatures and CC in drafts; easier access on smaller screens; improved price handling, partial-delivery calculations, price history and Excel exports. RC2 is an unsigned test candidate; the current public desktop release is 1.0.15.
