About Rapid Cart

Someone messages you: "Do you make custom cakes?" Three days and forty messages later you are scrolling back through the thread trying to work out whether they said the 14th or the 15th, and whether the colour changed somewhere in the middle. That is not disorganisation. It is what happens when a chat app gets used as an order system. Chat apps are built to keep conversations, not orders. Rapid Cart gives you one link instead. How it works Share your link wherever you already sell — your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp reply, your email signature, or a printed QR code on the packaging. Your customer opens it and fills in one short form: what they want, the price they are offering, the date they need it, where it goes, and anything else you should know. No account, no app, nothing to install on their side. The request lands in your dashboard with every detail attached to the order rather than scattered up a thread. You accept or decline it, propose a price and a date, and message the customer without leaving the order. Your customer is not left guessing Every order gets a reference code and a tracking page of its own. When you mark it accepted, declined or ready, the customer is emailed automatically — with an optional note from you — and their page updates itself. They can check it any time without logging in anywhere. What you get Your own order page, live the moment you sign up, with no storefront to build Photos on that page, so people can see what they are choosing Printable QR code designs for packaging, flyers and market stalls Every order in one searchable, filterable list, with archives An email the moment a request arrives Several order pages on higher plans, for separate shops, brands or seasons An API, webhooks and an MCP server if you want to wire it into something else Who it is for People who take custom orders through social: home bakers, knitters and crafters, florists, furniture makers, tutors, repair shops. If your customers already message you, and your bio says "DM to order", this replaces the messy half of that. What it does not do yet It does not take payment. You agree money directly with your customer, the same way you do now — Rapid Cart records what was agreed, but the transaction stays between the two of you. Checkout is on the roadmap. Pricing 14-day free trial, no card needed. Plans from $4.99/month. rapidcart.co

The single-link checkout idea feels practical for small sellers; I would like clearer order status updates.
