About Roadmark

Every roadmap changes. Most tools handle that by overwriting the old plan, so three months later nobody can say what the date used to be, or why it moved. Roadmark treats a change of direction as a branch, not an edit. Fork the roadmap at any milestone, and both timelines stay on the canvas - the route you took and the one you abandoned, side by side. Every branch carries a decision log explaining the call, so the reasoning is attached to the plan instead of lost in a thread. It stays current on its own. Roadmark imports from GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Jira, Shortcut, YouTrack, Azure DevOps, Asana, Notion, and monday.com, then re-syncs daily — so a link you shared last quarter still shows today's dates, and a milestone you edited or branched from survives disappearing upstream, flagged rather than dropped. Share it as a public page or an embedded widget. Anyone with the link can read it, react, and follow the board by email without an account. On a paid plan, the link can also be password-protected or set to expire, and viewers can comment and be @mentioned. Export to PNG, SVG, PDF, or an editable PowerPoint deck. AI is optional and sits on top: draft milestones from a prompt or draft a decision log with your own key, free on any plan, or use the managed quota on a paid plan — which also adds a stress-test for the risks you haven't written down. Free covers 3 roadmaps with unlimited milestones, branches, imports, and public sharing. Pro is a flat $15/month or $150/year for unlimited roadmaps and up to 3 collaborators per board; Team is $49/month or $490/year with unlimited collaborators - flat rate, not per seat, and viewers never consume one. 14-day Pro trial, no card required. Prices exclude VAT.

Roadmark is a roadmap you branch instead of overwriting. Fork it at any milestone, and both paths stay on the canvas, each carrying the decision behind it. It re-syncs daily from the tool you plan in.
