About RoundHound

Most interview prep treats every job the same. RoundHound starts from the job you applied to: paste the posting, and it reads the company's hiring pages, current job postings and what recent candidates shared, then lays out the rounds to expect and what each one tests. You then practice every round with an AI interviewer, by voice or by typing. It listens, asks follow-up questions, gives you time to think, and brings a whiteboard or code editor when the round needs one. After each round you get clear feedback on what went well and what to work on next. It works for engineering, product, design, data, marketing, analyst and hourly store roles. There are also ready-made practice plans for companies like Google, Amazon, Anthropic, Stripe and Starbucks. Free to start with one job and 60 minutes of practice. Passes are $15 for 7 days or $30 for 30 days, with no subscription.

Starting from the job posting and tailoring each round to the company is a smart angle for interview practice.

The idea of rehearsing each round separately, with feedback after every one, makes the prep feel much less generic.

Starting from the actual job posting and mapping out which rounds to expect, then practicing each one with an AI interviewer that asks follow-ups and brings a whiteboard when needed, beats generic question lists.
