About Sublex Chat
Sublex Chat is an AI customer support assistant and chatbot for a business website. It reads your own pages, your documents and your price lists, and answers customers from those and nothing else. It cannot invent a price, an opening time or a policy, because it has no other source to draw on. When the answer is not in your material it says so plainly, takes the customer's name and number so the enquiry still reaches you, and adds the question to one screen listing everything it could not answer, in the customer's own words, ordered by how often it came up. Answer it once and that gap closes for good. That screen is the part owners keep coming back to: it is the first honest list of what customers actually ask and the site never said. Setup takes about fifteen minutes and there is nothing to write first. Give it a web address and it reads the site itself. Add a price list or a PDF if something important lives outside the site. Test it privately against your hardest questions. Then install the free WordPress plugin, or paste one line of code on Wix, Shopify, Webflow or Squarespace. It replies in whatever language the customer writes in, and the chat window itself is available in English, French, Arabic and Spanish, with right to left layout for Arabic. Billing is by conversation rather than by message or by seat. The AI is included in every plan, with no credits and no per-answer fee. There is a free plan that renews at 25 conversations a month with no card, and every new account starts with 14 days of the full Business plan. Built by Sublex Digital in Banjul, The Gambia.

We built this after watching small businesses lose enquiries at eleven at night. It answers from your own pages only, and when it does not know it says so and takes the details instead of guessing.
