About THE NINE
HE NINE is a Windows-based baseball and softball logging, data verification, review, and analysis ecosystem built for real game operations. During live logging, analysts clip and tag every pitch and game event, manage counts, runners, lineups, rosters, substitutions, and complete game context. THE NINE combines this manually verified work with video, lineup and roster information, and optional TrackMan or Hawk-Eye data. When the sources disagree, the application alerts the analyst for review instead of silently guessing or changing the record. Every completed game produces three connected core outputs: a verified pitch_data.csv file, complete play-by-play, and a complete box score. These outputs remain traceable to the original logged events and their linked video clips. Completed game packages can then be opened in THE NINE Review, a dedicated read-only application for synchronized video review, event navigation, contact-quality information, player statistics, and staff-review categories inside Review Hub. THE NINE also produces interactive HTML reports, including Hit Map and Pitch Interaction reports, helping users explore pitch locations, outcomes, matchups, and related game evidence. THE NINE LAB extends the workflow beyond a single game. Users can combine selected games, filter verified data by team, player, pitcher, batter, opponent, count, inning, pitch type, handedness, outs, and runner situation, compare performance across games, and export analysis-ready CSV reports. From live logging to verified outputs, video review, interactive reports, and multi-game analysis, THE NINE gives teams a transparent workflow in which every delivered result can be checked against the underlying game evidence.

Baseball and softball logging for real workflows fills a very specific need. Love niche tools!
@chaudharyarun5797 Thank you. That is exactly the goal — a focused tool for the real baseball and softball workflows that generic platforms usually do not handle well. I really appreciate it.
Built THE NINE to make baseball and softball logging workflows more practical, reliable, and useful for real operations work. Happy to hear feedback from anyone working in video, analytics, or game op
