About WaitQ

WaitQ is a queue and appointment system that lets customers join a digital queue or make a booking from a QR code and wait wherever they like. There's no apps to download. When it’s their turn, they get a free push notification, a text message (SMS or WhatsApp) or an email. Your team runs everything from any browser. The location page shows the walk-in queue beside the day’s bookings, and each barber, stylist or department can have its own list with its own wait estimate and analytics. A branded check-in page, custom form fields, a public queue display and table management cover the front of house. WaitQ is built for the busy: barbershops, clinics, restaurants, hotels (breakfast, restaurant and spa services), food courts, salons and retail service counters. Every plan includes unlimited customer visits, queues and bookings, so a busy weekend or shift never pushes you into a higher tier. Multi-location operators manage every site from one account, with extra locations added at a flat monthly fee.

Use it for my cafe in Singapore, great product, evolving quite fast. The only thing missing now would be online ordering!

Letting customers join a queue from a QR code with no app and wait wherever they like takes a lot of stress out of busy barbershops and food courts. Showing walk-ins beside the day's bookings, per stylist, is a practical touch.
