About Zorin

Online merchants (Shopify/WooCommerce sellers, typically 10-150 SKUs) set prices largely by gut feel or copying competitors and rarely have a systematic way to know whether raising or lowering a price would actually make them more money. Pricing is one of the most important aspects in a business as a small price change can swing profit far more than an equivalent change in traffic or ad spend, but most small merchants have neither the data science skills nor the budget for a pricing analyst to do this properly. Zorin gives merchants that pricing-analyst capability as self-serve software, using data they already have (past sales) or, if they don't have that yet, a structured way to price from first principles instead. Zorin currently has 2 features: 1. Elasticity modelling for products with sales history How it works: • Zorin ingests historical sales records (price + units sold over time) per product, either synced automatically from Shopify/WooCommerce or uploaded via CSV • Zorin then fits a elasticity model to that historical data, flags outlier data points that look like temporary promotions and then projects revenue and profit at different candidate prices. • Zorin then turns that into a plain RAISE / LOWER / HOLD action per product, with a confidence badge (Strong/Fair/Weak/None) reflecting how much reliable history backs the recommendation. • The merchant sees this per-product on the dashboard and can apply a recommended price with one click which pushes the new price back to Shopify/WooCommerce automatically. 2. Launch Planner for products with no sales history yet How it works: • Merchant inputs unit cost, target gross margin, fulfilment cost, payment fees, and optionally a few competitor prices and a positioning choice (budget/mid-market/premium) • It computes a minimum viable price from the margin floor, then adjusts toward the market reference price based on the chosen positioning with a plain-language "why this price" explanation for the recommendation. • A scenario simulator lets the merchant stress-test the launch: model different discount %, expected units sold, ad spend, and return rates to see revenue/profit/break-even before committing real money. • A break-even plan calculates break-even units and the maximum safe ad spend, stress-tested against return-rate and discount scenarios, plus a launch viability verdict • A Price Readiness Score tells the merchant which mode they're in: Launch (no data), Learning (some data, not enough to trust yet), or Optimization (enough history to hand off to the real elasticity model) so the product graduates from Launch Planner to elasticity modelling automatically once it earns enough history Currently offers a free trial of 7 days without a need for credit card.
