About CrisisConnect

CrisisConnect is an operations platform built for charities, community organisations and frontline services. Replace disconnected spreadsheets and admin tools with one modular platform for managing the work your organisation actually does — including memberships, food pantries, digital inclusion, volunteers, safeguarding, grants, finance, referrals, donated equipment, PAT testing and more. Record the work once. Use the information everywhere. CrisisConnect was built out of real community-service delivery and is in daily production use. LetsTechTogether uses it across multiple services, while foodConnect has supported more than 5,000 pantry transactions, 13,000 people fed and 53,000 items distributed at New Pasture Lane Community Centre. Organisations can start with the modules they need and add more as they grow. Through networkConnect, members of CrisisConnect Network can also discover resources available from other organisations and request them free of charge.

CrisisConnect grew from real community work and a simple idea: record the work once, use the information everywhere. I'm incredibly excited to finally put it in the hands of more organisations.
