Fieldframe is built for sports photographers who shoot games and need to get the right photo to the right family fast. Upload your game photos, and Fieldframe automatically scans each one, detects jersey numbers, and organizes everything into a public gallery searchable by number or player name. No manual sorting, no spreadsheets, no guessing who's in which shot. How it works Drag and drop photos from the web dashboard, or publish directly from Lightroom Classic using the Fieldframe plugin. Photos already tagged with keywords in Lightroom skip the review queue entirely and arrive already confirmed. Everything else runs through automatic number detection, and anything uncertain lands in a keyboard-driven review queue (arrow keys to navigate, one keystroke to tag or confirm) so corrections take seconds, not minutes. Roster matching Upload a team roster by CSV or Excel and Fieldframe matches detected numbers to player names automatically. Galleries come out labeled with real names from the first upload, not just jersey numbers. Club galleries Multiple events can live under one persistent club page instead of scattered one-off links. Lightroom Classic integration Fieldframe includes a Publish Service plugin for Lightroom Classic. Metadata and credit Every downloaded photo gets IPTC metadata embedded automatically: player name, jersey number, event details, and photographer byline. Credit stays attached to the file wherever it ends up, on social media, in print, or shared directly. Privacy and access Public galleries need no account to search or browse. Galleries can be PIN-protected so only people with the code can view or download. Biometric consent is built into the event-creation workflow, not an afterthought.
