About Flowtime ADHD Focus Timer

Got it. Here's a 5000-character product description focused on Flowtime, with ADHD as the core value proposition rather than just a feature list. Flowtime is a focus timer designed for the way ADHD brains actually work. Most productivity apps assume that staying focused is the hardest part. For many people with ADHD, the real challenge is much bigger: getting started, managing time blindness, avoiding constant context switching, remembering basic needs during hyperfocus, and knowing when to stop. Flowtime was built around those challenges. Whether you're studying, working, coding, writing, cleaning, or tackling everyday tasks, Flowtime helps you create intentional focus sessions while staying aware of time passing. Instead of simply counting down minutes, Flowtime encourages a healthier relationship with focus through time awareness, gentle reminders, and distraction reduction. Designed for ADHD ADHD isn't just about getting distracted. Many people experience: Time blindness Executive dysfunction Hyperfocus Difficulty starting tasks Frequent context switching Losing track of time Forgetting breaks, water, or meals Feeling overwhelmed by large projects Productivity guilt Inconsistent motivation Flowtime is designed with these challenges in mind. Instead of expecting perfect discipline, it helps build an environment where focusing becomes easier and more sustainable. Flexible Focus Sessions Not every task fits into a 25-minute Pomodoro. Sometimes you need 15 minutes. Sometimes 45. Sometimes you don't know how long you'll need. Flowtime lets you create focus sessions that fit your workflow instead of forcing you into rigid productivity systems. Choose your own duration, organize your work into projects, and focus on what matters. Stay Aware of Time People with ADHD often experience time blindness—the feeling that minutes disappear without noticing. Flowtime keeps time visible without constantly interrupting you. Knowing how long you've been working makes it easier to plan your day, estimate future tasks, and avoid accidentally spending hours on something that was supposed to take thirty minutes. Gentle Hyperfocus Reminders Hyperfocus can be one of ADHD's greatest strengths—and one of its biggest challenges. It's easy to become so absorbed in work that you forget to drink water, stretch, eat, check your posture, or simply look away from your screen. Flowtime includes optional reminders that gently bring your attention back to the present without completely breaking your concentration. Take a sip of water. Stand up. Stretch. Breathe. Check in with yourself. Then continue your work. Reduce Distractions Distractions rarely arrive all at once. Usually it's one notification. One message. One quick look at social media. One email. Twenty minutes later you've forgotten what you were doing. Flowtime includes optional app blocking during focus sessions to help reduce unnecessary interruptions and keep your attention where you intended it to be. Create an environment where focusing feels easier instead of relying entirely on willpower. Understand Your Focus Over time, Flowtime helps you build a clearer picture of how you work. Track completed focus sessions. See how much time you've spent on different projects. Understand your productivity patterns. Celebrate consistency instead of perfection. Small improvements add up. Built for Real Life Flowtime works equally well for: ADHD Students Developers Designers Writers Remote workers Freelancers Researchers Artists Everyday household tasks Deep work Studying Reading Creative projects Whether you're writing code, preparing for exams, cleaning your apartment, reading a book, working on your side project, or finally replying to those emails, Flowtime helps you stay intentional with your time. Simple by Design Many productivity apps become another thing to manage. Flowtime stays out of your way. The interface is intentionally clean and minimal so you can spend less time configuring your productivity system and more time actually working. No unnecessary complexity. No overwhelming dashboards. Just the tools you need to focus. No Account Required Your focus sessions belong to you. Flowtime works without requiring an account, allowing you to start focusing immediately without creating another online profile. Features • Flexible focus sessions • Pomodoro timer • Custom session lengths • Focus reminders • Hyperfocus check-ins • Personal time tracking • Project organization • Focus statistics • Optional app blocking • Minimal, distraction-free interface • ADHD-friendly design • No account required Whether you're trying to overcome executive dysfunction, reduce procrastination, manage hyperfocus, or simply become more aware of how you spend your time, Flowtime gives you the tools to build healthier focus habits. Because productivity isn't about working every minute of the day. It's about making the minutes that matter count.

I really like that minimalistic UI

@improvemypage Thank you! Keeping it minimal and distraction-free was one of the main goals, so I’m glad it resonates with you.

Local-first with no account signup is underrated for focus apps — I just want to start a Pomodoro without another login wall. Standard timer + Pomodoro + Flow Sessions covers how I actually work. Cool side project.

@dantecady Thanks for the feedback! That’s exactly why I built Flowtime. I found myself wanting something simpler over time—just a timer, session tracking, and no accounts or unnecessary setup.
