Hisab

Hisab is a free group expense tracker built for real-life usage. It started after a friend got pushed into paying for receipt scanning on Splitwise — a feature people use all the time. Instead of working around it, I built a clean version without paywalls. With Hisab, you can scan a receipt, split it across a group, and instantly see who owes whom. It handles real-world scenarios like partial payments, cash/UPI settlements, and messy group expenses without turning into a spreadsheet. The focus is simple: fast input, clear balances, and no awkward follow-ups.
