About MedSales Radar
MedSales Radar is a free job board for US medical sales — pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, biotech, and health tech. Listings are pulled twice daily straight from employer career pages, not reposted from other boards. Around 8,000 live roles from 500+ companies including Stryker, Medtronic, Abbott, and Johnson & Johnson. Expired postings are removed automatically. What makes it different Every role is tagged by call point — operating room, cath lab, physician office, hospital, lab — because "medical sales" covers a dozen completely different jobs. A rep who spends mornings in surgery and one who drives a territory of clinics have almost nothing in common day to day, and no other board tells you which is which. Roles are also tagged by product line (orthopaedics, cardiovascular, CNS, oncology, diagnostics, and 15 more) and by the experience a posting actually requires. That last one matters because this industry rarely advertises "entry level" — it says Associate Sales Representative, Clinical Support Specialist, Territory Service Specialist. People search the wrong words and conclude nothing is open. Salary ranges are shown on the card where the employer published one. Why it exists: Medical sales is a niche, and a volatile world. Territories get realigned, product lines get divested, and companies restructure on a rhythm that has nothing to do with how well you sold. Those changes can disrupt a territory or a career, including for experienced, successful reps. If you are trying to get into medical sales rather than back into it, the problem compounds. Entry-level openings are genuinely scarce, they rarely announce themselves as entry-level, and the ones that exist sit buried under senior postings demanding years of operating-room or specialty-pharma experience. the titles that actually take people new to the industry are scattered across dozens of employers and easy to miss entirely. We collect the openings we find on the same board as experienced roles, so you can explore opportunities without first learning every company’s naming convention. No account needed to search or apply. Every listing links directly to the employer.
