Hey everyone 👋 I built MiddleManIndustries because I kept noticing how many transactions still depend almost entirely on trust. Whether it's hiring a photographer, working with contractors, paying vendors, buying online, or managing subcontractors, one side is usually expected to take on the risk first. Buyers want confidence they'll receive what they paid for, while sellers want assurance they'll actually get paid once they've delivered. MMI was created to bring more structure and transparency to that process. Instead of relying on screenshots, emails, messages, and verbal agreements, transactions can be documented, milestones can be approved, and payment releases can happen only after agreed conditions are met. The idea evolved from a simple question: Why are so many modern transactions still handled with manual trust? We're building MMI to make transactions more secure, more transparent, and easier to manage for individuals, businesses, teams, contractors, agencies, and marketplaces. I'd love to hear your thoughts: What's the biggest trust issue you've experienced in a transaction—getting paid, proving work was completed, dealing with disputes, or verifying the other party?
