About OmniMesh

OmniMesh provides protocol-layer security, metadata-resilience research, and secure transport infrastructure. It is designed specifically for high-threat environments where traditional networking requires hardened metadata protection and advanced transport security. It is being developed as a resilient high assurance communications fabric designed for secure , privacy preserving and policy controlled communications in hostile , unstable or compromised network environments. The broader aim is to address weakness in conventional communications , security models , particularly where metadata exposure , infrastructure dependency creates operational risk. This is different to all other systems as most money in cyber sector is spent on the application layer or bolt on products that are beneficial but it is much more secure built directly into the transport layer.

Security-first approach to network transport is refreshing. With rising concerns about data privacy, having a tool that prioritizes security architecture from the ground up is valuable. The adversarial internet perspective is timely.

Love the transport layer angle instead of bolting security onto the application layer, that is the part most teams skip. Curious how you handle key rotation at that layer once you are past pilot deployments.

@shopiahomedesign This becomes harder beyond pilot scale. We separate hardware-backed identity from short-lived traffic keys, using controlled key epochs to support rotation across packet loss and multipath.
